October has been a busy month for the team behind Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate. Not only did we take part in Steam Next Fest whilst preparing for our PC launch on 6th November, we also made our New York Comic Con debut!
Lead Gameplay Designer, Daniel Stansens and Director of Product Management, Tom Westall embarked on a quest to the homeplace of the Ninja Turtles, New York City! This was a first for the Super Evil Megacorp team and an honor to be part of an event as beloved as New York Comic Con.
Our team were invited by Paramount Pictures to join a panel on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles gaming world, joined by games industry colleagues Epic Games and Outright Games and hosted by Doug Rosen, Paramount’s SVP of Games and Emerging Media and Turtles fan and entertainment journalist, Chris Hayner of Gamespot.
This was an amazing opportunity to speak to a room of over 250 dedicated Shellheads and update them on the latest news around Ninja Turtles in gaming. Daniel and Tom showcased our four player roguelike, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate along with news about our upcoming PC launch and future plans, whilst also taking questions from the audience.
We were even joined by a fan and his real life hero in a half shell, which really rounded off the day with a smile.
